Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you complete command over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can forward email messages from one email box account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming emails according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
